Lessons from the Gallery

Jamie Lawrence is a fine artist, a published author and the owner of Jamie Lawrence Gallery. She paints in many mediums, from richly textured palette knife oils to gold leaf and watercolor, and her work is treasured in homes across the country and abroad. Her children's books grow out of those paintings, bringing Teddy Town and Whisker Lane to life for little readers. Faith is at the heart of everything she creates, and every piece is made to remind the people who live with it that they are wonderfully made.

Jamie Lawrence Gallery has grown into a full creative house: original fine art, the Children's Collection with Teddy Town and Flower Fields, I Am Royal, Little Artist's Closet, and gifts for the home. Her picture book Apollo Finds His Nap, the first in her Whisker Lane series, is available on Amazon, with more stories on the way.

Faith is at the heart of everything she creates. Every piece is made to bring beauty into a home and to remind the people who live with it that they are wonderfully made.

In The Little Gallery, she shares that love of painting with your child, one joyful lesson at a time.

Her books are the lessons: read Apollo's story, then draw Apollo. The characters children meet in Whisker Lane come to life in every lesson.

What ages is it for?Ages 2 to 10. Little Artists (2 to 5) create alongside a grown-up, and Young Makers (4 to 10) follow step-by-step project lessons. Every lesson works for everyone. Do I need to buy supplies?No special kit. Each month's supply list uses things most homes already have. Is anything mailed?Not right now. The Little Gallery is all digital: video lessons online and printables you print at home. How do the video lessons work?Members watch the full lessons on a members-only page, anytime and as often as they like. A free lesson each month is on YouTube. Is one membership enough for siblings?Yes. Pricing is per household, not per child. Can we cancel anytime?Yes. No contracts. Cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your paid period.
