Written for realtors first — Southern California, million-dollar residences, Laguna Beach and the coast. Homeowners listing their own property are welcome.

City, list price, when the photographer comes, which rooms feel empty. That is enough for me to know if I can help.

I come

I place the work — large originals, one of one. Twenty years of painting, and a realtor’s eye. I live here. I know these rooms.

After the sale

The paintings return, or the buyer keeps them. A private placement, at a significant fee — not a rental catalogue.

The fee

  • One principal room, 1–2 works — from $3,500
  • $1M–$2M listing, 2–3 rooms — from $5,500
  • $2M–$5M coastal house, several rooms — from $8,500
  • $5M+ estate — from $12,000
  • Install and removal in Southern California included. If a buyer keeps a painting, that is a separate sale at the collector price (typically $4,400–$15,000), not instead of the placement fee.
